As a Sports Assistant at FieldhouseUSA you serve as the first point of contact with all patrons of the facility. The primary responsibility is providing the highest level of customer service through greeting, resolving issues, and assuring that everyone has a great experience. This will be achieved by keeping up to date with all programs offered so that you can assist the customer in the proper selection of the best program based on their needs. You will interact both in person and over the phone with customers. You may be called on from time to time to perform duties within the facility as needed.
Being able to interact with families on a daily basis and watching them grow through the FieldhouseUSA programs and leagues is something that is rewarding for me. It shows that the product that we are putting out there is successful and that the children who participate are enjoying what they are doing.
